About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Financial Markets / Post-Trade experience and hands-on expertise in Python, AWS, and Calypso. Key Responsibilities • Make application and infrastructure updates to support the Blue Alpha initiative • Enable Citi as a new custodian across middleware and downstream integrations • Develop, enhance and support production applications • Collaborate with technology and business teams across the post-trade ecosystem • Ensure reliable, scalable and secure AWS-based solutions Requirements • Strong Python & AWS application development • Financial Markets / Capital Markets technology experience • Strong understanding of Derivatives & Collateral post-trade lifecycle • Hands-on Calypso experience – highly preferred / differentiator • Experience building and supporting production applications on AWS • Multi-region cloud architecture & production support • Automated testing and CI/CD pipelines • Java & React experience as secondary skills • Strong troubleshooting, integration and application support experience
