About the Role We are looking for a Splunk Cloud Security Engineer for an 8-week contract with possible extension. This role focuses on security detection and SIEM health assessments using the Splunk Cloud Platform. Key Responsibilities • Implement security detection solutions using Splunk Cloud • Conduct SIEM health assessments • Perform log onboarding and analysis • Utilize strong SPL skills for data querying Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Splunk Engineering, SIEM, or Detection Engineering • Hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud Platform • Strong SPL skills • Experience in log onboarding, security detection, and SIEM health assessments • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Preferred • Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) experience • MITRE ATT&CK knowledge • Splunk certifications
