About the Role We are looking for an experienced SQL Technical Systems Engineer to join a leading property provider in Birmingham. This role focuses on supporting critical housing systems and delivering key projects during a period of change. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical application support and administration • Utilize SQL Server, SSMS, and SSRS reporting • Work in an ITIL / Service Management environment • Handle system upgrades, testing, and UAT • Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution • Gain exposure to Azure and Power BI Requirements • Strong SQL and SSRS expertise • Experience with application support • Knowledge of ITIL and service management • Familiarity with system upgrades and testing • Ability to perform root cause analysis • Experience with Azure and Power BI is beneficial
