About the Role We are looking for a System Analyst to join our team at SID Global Solutions Philippines. This role focuses on bridging business requirements and technology solutions, particularly in core banking platforms and payment systems. Key Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into functional, technical, and non-functional requirements • Identify gaps in business requirements and communicate them clearly to business units • Explain how business requirements will be implemented through proposed solutions • Analyze product features and map them to functional requirements • Collaborate with product vendors on solution development, review, and verification • Support product evaluation during the service definition phase • Manage changes to functional and non-functional requirements with the project management team • Develop test plans, test data, and test cases in collaboration with the testing team Requirements • Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related course • At least 5 years of relevant work experience • Experience with core platforms such as CASA, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or Switch is preferred • Experience with payment networks and card brands is an advantage • Experience delivering end-to-end projects is preferred, ideally five or more • Knowledge of software development and support, requirements gathering and analysis, project planning, and SDLC
