About the Role We are looking for a System Validation Engineer with expertise in the automotive BMS domain to join our team. This role involves system integration, validation, and test strategy development for battery management systems. Key Responsibilities • Interpret system requirements and interface specifications • Maintain requirement-to-test traceability and ensure comprehensive test coverage • Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL scripting, and UDS tools • Experience with HIL setup, configuration, and validation • Strong debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and complex issue investigation skills • Knowledge of automotive standards and processes, including ISO 26262, ASPICE • Senior/Lead-level experience in test strategy development, test reviews, and firmware automation ownership Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in the BMS domain • Strong expertise in system integration and validation (Sys4 & Sys5)
