About the Role We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with strong enterprise Linux administration skills to support and maintain secure, reliable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain enterprise Linux servers, primarily RHEL • Perform Linux patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and OS lifecycle management • Implement security hardening and vulnerability remediation • Manage SSH, SELinux, PAM, firewalls, certificates, and access controls • Support VMware and virtualized environments • Automate system administration using Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar tools • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity • Participate in migrations, disaster recovery testing, and change management Requirements • 5–8 years of enterprise Linux administration experience • Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • Experience supporting Ubuntu and other Linux distributions • Strong knowledge of VMware and virtualization • Experience with Linux security, compliance, patching, and hardening • Scripting and automation experience using Bash, Python, or Ansible • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
