About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join Divvaa Techh and manage end-to-end recruitment for our specialized IT divisions. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for diverse, high-impact IT positions • Execute C2C, C2H, and permanent hiring models seamlessly • Leverage professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed to source, engage, and secure top-tier candidates • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with future client and technical demands • Partner closely with hiring managers and strategic business stakeholders to streamline screening and onboarding processes Requirements • 1–3 years of proven experience specializing in Technical Recruitment • Demonstrated exposure to IT staffing, staff augmentation, or technology ecosystems • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook • Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are highly preferred
