About the Role We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment, manage hiring teams, and deliver talent acquisition strategies aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and niche technology roles • Manage and mentor recruiters to achieve hiring targets and business goals • Handle stakeholder management, client coordination, and recruitment planning • Drive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels • Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures • Manage candidate pipelines, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination Requirements • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT staffing or recruitment consulting • Strong expertise in niche technology and cybersecurity hiring is an advantage • Experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and target achievement • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
