About the Role We are seeking Talent Acquisition Partners to join a growing global biopharmaceutical organization in Princeton, NJ. These roles will support the organization's recruitment needs with a focus on commercial functions. Key Responsibilities • Perform full-cycle recruiting for life sciences, biotech, and pharma positions • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders • Support commercial functions with recruitment strategies • Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Requirements • 5-10 years of talent acquisition experience • Experience supporting commercial functions • Life sciences, biotech, pharma or biopharma industry exposure • Strong hiring manager and stakeholder partnership skills • For the senior-level role: vendor/RPO management experience and ability to partner with senior business leaders
