About the Role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team in the Aerospace & Defense industry. Key Responsibilities • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, and other sourcing channels • Identify and engage with potential candidates for security-cleared positions • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs Requirements • Previous experience sourcing candidates for security-cleared positions • Experience working with the Aerospace & Defense industry • Strong understanding of various sourcing tools and techniques • Ability to work without any sponsorship Benefits
