About the Role We are looking for a Tech Lead - Solutions to join our team at PT Peluangkerjaku. This role involves leading technical solutions and managing teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement technical solutions • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements • Manage team and stakeholders • Ensure continuous delivery and infrastructure as code Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills • Experience with at least one programming language, preferably Java and Go • Experience in cloud services, K8S, Docker, etc. • Experience in continuous delivery and infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm charts • Experience and good understanding of Scrum and Agile practices • Team and stakeholder management • Experience with both SQL and No-SQL databases • Good understanding of estimation techniques and experience in effort estimations • Experience in CI (Continuous Integration) Note: Duration of Contract is 12 months with an option for extension based on performance evaluation.
