About the Role We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing and troubleshooting Java/J2EE enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and troubleshoot Java/J2EE enterprise applications • Investigate application issues and identify effective technical solutions • Write, modify, and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data • Use AI coding assistants to support code generation, debugging, and optimization • Perform root cause analysis for complex application and performance issues • Create and document test cases to support testing and validation • Research, test, and communicate solutions to internal and external customers • Collaborate with technology teams and escalate issues when needed • Use Dynatrace and other diagnostic tools to identify performance bottlenecks Requirements • Strong understanding of Java/J2EE applications and debugging • Strong SQL skills — basic to complex queries • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot • Excellent technical documentation skills • Understanding of testing, validation, and troubleshooting processes • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
