About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect Lead II – AI/Data Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI, Data, Cloud, and Intelligent Agent architecture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Bridge business requirements, AI strategy, enterprise data, application architecture, security, and implementation
• Provide technical leadership across Engineering, Data, Security, Architecture, and Operations teams
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and Event-Driven Architecture
• Develop and maintain secure enterprise knowledge/data access
• Orchestrate AI agents and automation workflows
Requirements
• 10+ years in Solution / Enterprise / Cloud / Data Architecture
• Strong AWS / Azure / GCP architecture experience
• Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI & Multi-Agent Architecture
• Knowledge of RAG and secure enterprise knowledge/data access
• Experience with AI agent orchestration and automation workflows
• Enterprise Data Architecture & Data Governance
• API and Event-Driven Architecture
• Identity, authentication, authorization & security architecture
• Canonical data models & enterprise integration
• Observability, security & responsible AI frameworks
• CRM / ERP / ITSM enterprise integration
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience with Agile, Iterative & Waterfall environments
• Strong application development and deployment architecture experience
