About the Role We are looking for a Technical Architect / Senior Developer – RPA & Automation with strong expertise in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, APIs, and enterprise automation technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and leading scalable automation solutions across enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise automation solutions using UiPath • Manage and administer UiPath Orchestrator (robots, queues, assets, schedules, jobs) • Build scalable and reusable automation workflows and frameworks • Design solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate • Integrate SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, REST APIs, and JSON services • Review existing automations and drive optimization and standardization initiatives • Lead testing, UAT support, deployment, and production validation • Create and maintain solution documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks • Evaluate and implement AI-powered automation and emerging technologies Requirements • UiPath Studio & UiPath Orchestrator • RPA & Enterprise Automation Development • Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) • REST APIs, JSON, System Integrations • Solution Design, Testing, Deployment & Production Support • Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills Preferred Skills • SQL • Python or PowerShell • Git & Visual Studio Code • Microsoft Azure • GitHub / GitHub Copilot • HTML & Web Technologies • Generative AI & AI-assisted Automation • Microsoft Copilot and emerging automation platforms
