About the Role We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team for a 6–12+ month contract. This role requires a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document business requirements in the P&C insurance domain • Support AI-driven solutions in the P&C insurance domain • Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions • Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards Requirements • 2+ years of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience • Strong understanding of P&C underwriting, rating rules, and policy lifecycle management • Experience with rules engines and policy administration systems • Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Postman, and Swagger • Familiarity with CRM and workflow platforms • Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering • Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance
