About the Role We are seeking a Technical Data Lead with expertise in Salesforce data migration and Azure platforms. This role requires extensive experience in data management, migration, and integration. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-scale migrations involving millions of records • Manage data reconciliation and large file repositories • Provide technical leadership and stakeholder management • Implement Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API, Metadata API, and org-to-org migrations • Utilize Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Azure Data Lake • Work with Databricks, Kafka, MuleSoft, ETL/ELT frameworks, and integration middleware Requirements • 15+ years of experience in data management, migration, and integration • 8+ years of Salesforce data architecture and migration experience • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure data platforms • Expertise in Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API, Metadata API, and org-to-org migrations • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Azure Data Lake • Experience with Databricks, Kafka, MuleSoft, ETL/ELT frameworks, and integration middleware • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale migrations • Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
