About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership across various data technologies and mentoring engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions • Provide technical leadership across Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture, Unity Catalog, and Semantic Modeling • Drive AI/GenAI-enabled analytics and modern data engineering initiatives • Lead and mentor Lead/Senior Data Engineers through solution design, work allocation, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Manage delivery execution, effort estimation, sprint planning, dependencies, risks, quality, performance, security, and data governance • Coordinate with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery • Serve as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable and governed data products • Support Marketing Intelligence solutions involving Salesforce, Marketo, digital marketing platforms, Databricks Genie, and Conversational BI Requirements • Expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL • Strong understanding of Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture • Experience with Unity Catalog and Data Governance • Knowledge of Semantic Modeling • Experience with AI/GenAI-Enabled Analytics • Proven technical leadership and team mentoring abilities • Familiarity with Marketing Intelligence and Conversational BI
