About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of modern, scalable data platforms supporting digital products, analytics, AI, and Orthopaedics Supply Chain operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead Lakehouse architecture and data platform modernization using Databricks and AWS • Design scalable batch, streaming, and event-driven data pipelines • Drive hands-on development using PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, SQL, and Delta Lake • Establish best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, data quality, monitoring, and observability • Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and executable delivery plans • Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality delivery • Promote AI-assisted development and modern Databricks capabilities Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related technical roles • Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, SQL, and Delta Lake • Strong AWS cloud data engineering experience • Experience with Lakehouse architecture, data modeling, and enterprise-scale pipelines • Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD, Git, and production support • Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
