About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in Advanced SoC Physical Design and full-chip tape-out execution. Key Responsibilities • Lead SoC implementation programs or full-chip tape-outs • Manage customer relationships and mitigate risks • Lead cross-functional teams effectively Requirements • 12–18+ years of semiconductor industry experience • 5+ years leading SoC implementation programs or full-chip tape-outs • Strong understanding of RTL-to-GDSII implementation and advanced-node physical design • Proven experience in customer management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership • Successful silicon tape-out experience at advanced process nodes • Exposure to HPC, AI/ML, Data Center, Networking, Mobile, or Automotive SoCs is a plus • Experience with AI-assisted design methodologies and EDA automation preferred
