About the Role We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead web and mobile application modernization projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves coordinating various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead web and mobile application modernization projects using Agile methodologies • Coordinate internal technical teams, implementation vendors, business stakeholders, and senior management • Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate backend services, REST APIs, integrations, testing, deployment, and production readiness • Prepare project status reports and facilitate stakeholder meetings • Manage SDLC processes, CI/CD coordination, security remediation, and production releases • Ensure developer peer reviews, secure coding practices, and documented approvals in Bitbucket Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or a related discipline • 3+ years of experience leading complex web application projects using Agile methodologies • 3+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Bamboo, Bitbucket, or comparable SDLC/DevOps tools • 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating IT projects involving C#, .NET, .NET Core, web applications, or APIs • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting or enhancing General Orders Track Rights System and Site-Specific Work Plan applications • Strong experience in project scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and release coordination
