About the Role We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in the US Healthcare domain. This role involves managing complex technology portfolios and leading cross-functional engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end execution, timeline management, deployment governance, and risk mitigation across complex technology portfolios • Direct and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams working across diverse tech stacks (.NET, Java, React) and enterprise middleware (Tibco) • Steer delivery pipelines running on major cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) alongside advanced data platforms (Databricks, MS SQL, SSIS) • Serve as the strategic voice ensuring all project deliverables map to healthcare business standards across Claims, Clinical systems, and Payment Integrity operations • Translate complex business objectives into technical roadmaps and maintain transparent delivery status with client executives Requirements • Experience in technical project management within the healthcare domain • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineering teams • Proficiency in .NET, Java, React, Tibco, AWS, Azure, Databricks, MS SQL, and SSIS • Understanding of healthcare business standards and operations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
