About the Role We are looking for a strategic and organized Technical Project Manager to lead client delivery for complex e-commerce, software, and digital integration projects across mid-market and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities • Own day-to-day client delivery and account management, including client meetings, QBRs, milestones, UAT, and go-live • Keep clients aligned across Shopify, Magento, headless, and API integration projects • Track SOWs, retainers, change orders, monthly client hours, budgets, and burn rates • Ensure work is not treated as revenue until it is signed • Partner with Sales on RFPs, technical estimates, milestone-based SOWs, and client kickoffs • Coordinate internal and contract developers, architects, and QA teams; identify capacity needs early • Maintain ClickUp as the source of truth and use AI tools to streamline documentation and reporting Requirements • 4+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency, e-commerce, or software environment • Experience managing multiple concurrent accounts, including projects and retainer models • Strong knowledge of SOWs, change orders, budget management, and burn rates • Technical fluency to manage discussions about Shopify, Magento, APIs, and SSO and explain technical topics to clients • Fluent, professional written and spoken English with confident client-facing experience • Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, or Asana and Microsoft 365
