About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in US Staffing. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for US IT requirements. Key Responsibilities • Source and screen candidates using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals • Work on W2 and contract hiring requirements • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients • Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets • Understand US work authorization, time zones, and the US hiring process Requirements • 3–4 years of hands-on US IT Staffing experience • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
