About the Role We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master to support a major Ecosystem Modernisation Programme. This role requires a strong technical background and experience working with technical teams across various domains. Key Responsibilities • Keep delivery on track and remove impediments • Improve team performance and help technical teams become more autonomous • Facilitate Scrum and Agile delivery processes • Manage cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder expectations Requirements • 5–8+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery practitioner • Solid technical background and understanding of software delivery • Experience working with platform engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or systems integration teams • Strong Scrum, Agile coaching, and delivery facilitation skills • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern engineering environments • Financial services, insurance, or employee benefits experience would be a strong advantage
