About the Role We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with reinsurance domain experience to support the implementation of a unified, cloud-based reinsurance platform. This role will work across business and technology teams to define requirements, improve processes, support integrations, and ensure successful delivery across the end-to-end reinsurance lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end solution design and integration strategy • Align product capabilities to business needs • Define business vision and map requirements to the target solution • Work with finance, underwriting, claims, operations, and technology stakeholders • Support reinsurance platform implementation or modernization programs Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Techno-Functional Consultant • Expertise in FS-RI(SAP), Sapiens Re, or similar reinsurance COTS products • Strong reinsurance domain knowledge including treaty reinsurance, bordereaux, cessions, recoverables, settlements, retrocession, technical accounting, and claims • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, UAT, data analysis, and system integrations • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred • Experience with INTX Re, ReinsureConnect, or comparable reinsurance administration platforms • Knowledge of APIs, file-based integrations, data migration, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments
