About the Role We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong Reinsurance Domain expertise to support the implementation of a unified, cloud-based reinsurance platform. Key Responsibilities • Support the implementation of a unified, cloud-based reinsurance platform • Provide expertise in reinsurance domain, including treaty reinsurance, bordereaux, cessions, recoverables, settlements, claims, and technical accounting • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, data analysis, and system integrations Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Techno-Functional Consultant • Hands-on Reinsurance Domain experience, preferably in both assumed and ceded reinsurance • Strong understanding of treaty reinsurance, bordereaux, cessions, recoverables, settlements, claims, and technical accounting • Experience with reinsurance platform implementation or modernization • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, data analysis, and system integrations • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, APIs, or cloud-based platforms • Exposure to Agile delivery and Microsoft Azure
