About the Role Congensys is seeking an experienced Technology Account Lead to join their team. This role requires strong engineering delivery, governance, and healthcare domain expertise. Key Responsibilities • Lead multiple engineering teams with technical leadership • Coordinate across teams and drive engineering execution • Manage architecture governance and enterprise Agile delivery • Handle healthcare industry projects including Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and claims adjudication Requirements • 8+ years of experience in engineering delivery, governance, and technical leadership • Healthcare industry experience, including Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and claims adjudication • Strong experience leading multiple engineering teams • Expertise in architecture governance and enterprise Agile delivery • Willingness to travel as required; eligible travel expenses will be covered
