About the Role We are looking for a Technology Financial Analyst to support eCommerce/Retail strategic planning and join a team of 5. Key Responsibilities • Deep-dive analysis on eCommerce KPIs vs. plan, budget, and forecast • Build daily Power BI reports, tables, and executive-ready dashboards • Support middle mile, trailer, and last mile delivery optimization • Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Site Experience leaders • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership Requirements • 3+ years in eCommerce, merchandising, financial reporting, planning, or forecasting • Strong Excel plus Spark SQL and/or Python • Retail experience • Power BI, Databricks, and Alteryx experience • A problem solver who thinks beyond the code • Bonus: Business Analyst background, or supply chain, transportation, or eCommerce experience
