About the Role We are looking for a Telecom Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement IVR systems and contact flows • Manage queues, routing profiles, callbacks, and emergency messaging • Integrate Amazon Connect with various systems including CRM, billing, payment, outage, and workforce management • Maintain strong AWS knowledge including Lambda, Lex, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, IAM, Kinesis, and API Gateway • Provide enterprise telecom experience with Cisco Call Manager, SIP trunks, SBCs, carriers, and call recording • Monitor voice quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure disaster recovery and high availability • Ensure contact center security, reporting, and telecommunications operations Requirements • Minimum 5 years of telecom experience, including project management or technical leadership • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualifying experience • Relevant licenses and certifications are a plus • Candidates must be available for onsite work in Atlanta, GA • US Citizens and Green Card Holders Only
