About the Role We are looking for an experienced Test Lead – Data Automation for a contract opportunity in the healthcare payer domain. This role involves designing and executing test cases for healthcare applications and validating backend data. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute test cases for healthcare payer applications • Perform backend data validation using complex SQL queries • Test batch processes, data migration, and data conversion • Validate claims, enrollment, benefits, provider networks, and payment systems • Track defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Software QA and data-driven testing • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare payer domain • Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, and aggregate functions • Knowledge of claims adjudication, enrollment, provider networks, and payment cycles • Experience with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail
