About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead – Data Automation to join our team for an exciting opportunity in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead data automation testing in the healthcare domain
• Ensure data integrity and quality through backend validation
• Manage testing processes using tools like Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Software QA and data-driven testing
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare payer domain
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, and aggregate functions
• Experience with healthcare claims adjudication, enrollment, benefits, and provider networks
• Hands-on experience in backend data validation and data integrity testing
• Knowledge of batch processing, data migration, and data conversion testing
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
