About the Role We are looking for an experienced UiPath Automation Lead to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end RPA solutions with a focus on P&C Insurance domain. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions • Lead automation architecture, feasibility analysis, and client discussions • Manage production bots, troubleshoot issues, and mentor developers • Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure delivery best practices Requirements • 15+ years of total experience with 8+ years in UiPath • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead • Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, REFramework, Insights, Document Understanding & AI • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, OCR, CV, API, Web & Legacy Application Automation • Skills in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET • Knowledge of SOAP/REST, SOA, SQL Server 2019+, TFS, Azure DevOps
