About the Role We are seeking a hands-on UiPath Lead/SME to deliver end-to-end automation solutions in the P&C Insurance domain. This role requires strong solution architecture, development, and production support experience. Key Responsibilities • Own automation feasibility, solution design, development, deployment, and production BOT support • Mentor developers and review technical deliverables • Advise stakeholders and coordinate offshore delivery Requirements • 15+ years overall experience • 8+ years in UiPath, including 5+ years as a Solution Architect and 3+ years as a Technical Lead • Proficiency with UiPath 2026, Studio, Robot, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Insights, Document Understanding, and UiPath AI offerings • Experience with automation across SAP, Salesforce, legacy desktop applications, Outlook, Excel/macros, PDF, databases, web, and APIs • OCR and Computer Vision skills • .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.5+, VB.NET/C# • SOA, SOAP/REST services, SQL Server 2019+, TFS, and Azure DevOps • Strong insurance business process analysis and excellent stakeholder communication
