About the Role We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Architect with a focus on the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation solutions • Conduct feasibility analysis and recommend scalable automation architectures • Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and senior management • Manage production bots, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth RPA operations • Lead and mentor junior developers while enforcing coding standards and best practices • Review solution designs, technical deliverables, and SDLC documentation • Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and manage technical handoffs • Support project planning, effort estimation, scheduling, risk management, and change management • Apply UiPath AI capabilities to improve automation efficiency across insurance business processes Requirements • 10+ years of overall experience • 5+ years of UiPath experience • 2+ years of Solution Architect experience • 3+ years of Technical Lead experience • Strong hands-on UiPath development and architecture experience • Proven experience as an RPA Technical Lead and Solution Architect • Strong understanding of P&C insurance business processes • Experience managing offshore teams and production support • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
