About the Role We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires strong architecture and technical leadership skills with hands-on development expertise. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end RPA solution architecture, feasibility assessments, and automation delivery • Define automation strategies and advise senior management on UiPath capabilities and insurance processes • Manage production bots, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure reliable automation operations • Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams • Mentor developers and enforce coding standards, solution design, quality, and performance best practices • Prepare and review solution designs, technical documentation, and SDLC deliverables • Support project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and change management Requirements • 10+ years of overall experience • 8+ years of UiPath experience • 5+ years of solution architect experience • 3+ years of technical lead experience • Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, REFramework, Insights, Document Understanding, and UiPath AI offerings • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, legacy thick-client applications, Outlook, Excel/macros, PDFs, databases, OCR, Computer Vision, and web applications • Programming skills in .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Core, VB.NET, and C# • Integration experience with SOA, SOAP/REST services, and API integrations • Database and DevOps experience with SQL Server 2019+, TFS, and Azure DevOps
