About the Role We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US IT requirements • Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, and other job portals • Review resumes and match candidates against job descriptions • Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, and rate • Work on W2, C2C, and other contract hiring requirements • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage submissions • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients • Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets • Ability to work in the US time zone/night shift
