About the Role We are looking for an experienced Varicent Developer to join our team and play a key role in delivering scalable, high-performing incentive compensation systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support Varicent solutions • Build and optimize compensation models, calculations, workflows, and dashboards • Implement effective-dating logic and compensation administration processes • Translate business requirements into scalable Varicent configurations • Troubleshoot compensation and data-related issues • Drive platform modernization and optimization initiatives • Collaborate with Agile teams and business stakeholders Requirements • 3–5+ years of hands-on Varicent development experience • Strong expertise in compensation models, calculations, workflows, and dashboards • Advanced SQL skills for data management and performance optimization • Python experience for automation and system integrations • Experience with Agile methodologies and technical documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
