About the Role Techridge Inc is seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Functional SME for a long-term opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Implement Windchill PLM solutions • Understand and apply Meritor business processes • Work with CDBS applications • Manage Engineering Change processes • Conduct requirements gathering • Perform fit-gap analysis • Lead UAT activities • Provide Train-the-Trainer sessions • Support user adoption Requirements • 10+ years overall experience • 7+ years in Windchill PLM • Strong manufacturing, engineering, product development, and supply chain domain experience • Experience with BRD/FRS documentation • Ability to perform fit-gap analysis • UAT leadership experience • Train-the-Trainer capabilities
