About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Web Developer & Marketing Technology Specialist to join the Marketing function. This role will take technical ownership of an agency-built website after launch, ensuring its performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities • Own the technical operation of the corporate website following agency handover, ensuring the platform remains reliable, secure, accessible and scalable. • Manage WordPress core, themes, plugins, hosting configurations, backups, security patches and routine technical updates. • Monitor site availability, performance and Core Web Vitals; diagnose and resolve defects, broken functionality and integration issues. • Manage development, staging and production environments, including testing, release management and rollback procedures. • Maintain technical documentation, access controls, configuration records and website governance standards. • Build and publish responsive landing pages, campaign pages, product and solution pages, forms, microsites and reusable content components. • Develop and enhance WordPress themes, templates and custom functionality using clean, maintainable code. • Convert approved designs and Figma files into accurate, responsive and accessible web experiences. • Extend the initial agency-built website over time, introducing new sections, user journeys, capabilities and integrations based on business priorities. • Test new functionality across devices and browsers and ensure releases meet quality, security and performance standards.
