About the Role
We are seeking a Workday Business Analyst to support HR and identity lifecycle automation for a leading US healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Support HR and identity lifecycle automation
• Gather requirements and map processes
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements
• 5+ years of business analysis experience
• Hands-on Workday Core HCM knowledge
• Strong understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT
• IAM, Active Directory, or One Identity ARS experience preferred
