About the Role We are looking for a Workday Business Analyst with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. This role involves working with Workday Core HCM and various identity management systems. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Configure Workday Core HCM modules • Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes • Manage Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Create process maps and documentation Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Workday Business Analysis • Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM • Experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes • Proficiency in IAM, ActiveDirectory, and OneIdentity ARS • Understanding of RBAC and process mapping • Healthcare industry experience preferred
