About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at 1inch, a leading DeFi ecosystem. This role focuses on managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the day-to-day running of selected social media channels
- →Publish consistent, high-quality content
- →Manage replies, mentions, and conversations to keep accounts healthy and responsive
- →Work closely with the Social Media Strategist to execute campaigns and experiments
- →Write clear, confident, native-level English copy
- →Track performance and spot opportunities to improve reach and engagement
- →Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices
- →Create short-form video content, particularly for TikTok
Requirements
- ✓Experience within Web3, DeFi, or financial technology
- ✓Strong organisational skills and follow-through
- ✓Excellent written English with a natural, fluent tone
- ✓A sense of responsibility for account health and public-facing quality
- ✓Comfort managing replies and engaging with a community at scale
- ✓Creative thinking and good judgement
- ✓Ability to keep up with evolving platform requirements and formats
- ✓Basic video creation and editing skills for social content
