About the Role
We are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our team at 3E. This role focuses on building and executing marketing strategies for our Chemical Workplace Safety portfolio, leveraging AI solutions to accelerate product compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead portfolio-level marketing plans to elevate 3E’s presence and support sales performance
- →Execute growth plans for customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention
- →Craft compelling messaging tailored to industries and buyer needs
- →Activate integrated campaigns using SEO/SEM, paid media, and social
- →Manage web presence and ensure product pages are optimized
- →Support sales with value-driven collateral and training resources
- →Gather insights on market, customers, competitors, and trends
- →Collaborate with product, sales, and GTM teams to align goals
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in B2B product or portfolio marketing, ideally in software/SaaS
- ✓Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
- ✓Ability to toggle between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- ✓Strong storytelling and messaging skills
- ✓Data-savvy and analytical
- ✓Collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills
