About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, commercially driven SDR to join our EMEA Growth team in Berlin. This role focuses on re-defining the outbound playbook and driving significant revenue growth in the EMEA market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Orchestrating outbound efforts for the entire region and creating an outbound playbook for B2B sales
- →Testing state-of-the-art sales tools to optimize the sales tech stack
- →Managing outbound opportunities from account sourcing to setting appointments
- →Producing a high volume of outreach and creating qualified opportunities
- →Building long-term relationships with key partners and external companies
- →Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing data-driven recommendations
- →Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, AMs, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, and Support
Requirements
- ✓Native or professional fluency in German and English
- ✓Strong prospecting skills with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
- ✓1–2+ years of experience in a B2B environment or performance marketing
- ✓Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward KPIs independently
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness to do cold calling
- ✓Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- ✓Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- ✓Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
