About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Professional Services team. This role focuses on delivering smooth, fast, and high-quality onboarding experiences for mid-market customers, managing the entire implementation lifecycle from sales handover to platform launch.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including project management, platform configuration, learning strategy, and integration
- →Work closely with clients to understand objectives, design platform architecture, guide technical setup, and provide strategic advice
- →Ensure successful go-lives, high customer satisfaction, and consistently high-quality deployments
- →Implement key integrations such as SSO, HRIS, and third-party tools, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting
- →Build scalable, repeatable materials and processes to continuously improve project delivery
- →Maintain product expertise throughout client enablement projects
- →Help onboard and mentor new implementation managers joining the team
- →Contribute to internal knowledge base by documenting best practices and lessons learned
- →Collaborate with partners to enhance the value of our services
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in a customer-facing role such as Implementation Project Manager, Customer Success Partner, or Technical Account Manager
- ✓Experience deploying SaaS products, ideally in HR or learning technology
- ✓Ability to manage end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks across concurrent implementations
- ✓Hands-on experience with integration (flat file, APIs, SSO) or strong interest in integration topics
- ✓Solution-oriented mindset with a strong client-first approach in all interactions
- ✓Structured, rational, and analytical, able to manage complex priorities efficiently
- ✓Excellent listening and teaching skills, able to convey ideas clearly and concisely
- ✓Self-starter comfortable in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
- ✓Fluent English (US/UK) or B2 level equivalent in French or German
