About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Attraction team at 6sense. This role involves providing support throughout the recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding.
Key Responsibilities
- βHandle high volume interview coordination requests within Greenhouse (ATS)
- βOpen and edit requisitions in Workday/Greenhouse per job set-up guidelines
- βProvide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire interview and pre-boarding process
- βProvide follow-up correspondence to candidates on scheduling and pre-boarding status via phone and email
- βSupport multi-country offer letter generation process
- βSupport background check process including initiating new checks, monitoring progress and properly escalating issues
- βSupport pre-boarding process including sending welcome letter, initiating background check, hiring candidate in Greenhouse, updating necessary trackers
- βAssist in projects that help scale the TA function
Requirements
- β2-4 years' experience in a TA coordination or TA operations role
- βMust live in Mexico City
- βProven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- βAbility to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results
- βAbility to exercise excellent judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- βWork independently as well as part of a team
- βStrong time-management and people skills
- βExcellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English is required
