About the Role

The Platform Enablement Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of technical tools and platforms that enable strategic capabilities for AbbVie Patient Services. This role is critical to ensuring solutions align with strategic intent and operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

→Ensure internal platform teams and external partners are aligned on business strategy and tactical plans
→Evolve business solutions and platforms to optimize enterprise capabilities and enhance patient experience
→Build system monitoring and KPIs to compare with SLAs and meet contractual obligations
→Create relationships with strategic partners and establish communication for quality and integration efforts
→Accountable for vendor partner timelines, risk identification, systems budget planning, scope, and delivery
→Partner with business stakeholders to provide solutions to challenging business scenarios
→Prioritize team workloads and conduct impact assessments on integration efforts
→Accountable for team delivery, execution of plans, and communication of system readiness
→Utilize agile methodology to build solutions with a focus on user engagement
→Understand user acceptance testing best practices and architect processes for quality releases
→Identify risks and architect risk mitigation strategies
→Establish and maintain credibility with key stakeholders
→Drive consistency in communication, documentation, and quality control
→Coordinate QBRs with team members and vendor partners
→Resolve resource constraints and maintain alignment
