Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members to synthesize insights and identify target segments
- →Develop robust Patient Journey and propose strategic objectives for Brand Team review
- →Ensure all functional deliverables are consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to Brand Story
- →Guide the design and implementation of all marketing activities, including innovative tactics and partnerships
- →Ensure alignment of in-field materials, strategies and tactics to drive strategic brand objectives
- →Lead the development of marketing inputs to Strategic Brand Plan and coordinate preparation of Long Range Plan
- →Develop, lead and coach direct reports, forecast brand KPIs, manage budget and brand P&L
- →Lead the Brand Team around a shared brand vision and objectives
Requirements
- ✓Experience in brand management within the immunology field
- ✓Strong understanding of patient experience and journey mapping
- ✓Ability to facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions and synthesize insights
- ✓Experience with Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization
- ✓Knowledge of healthcare regulations and AbbVie business code of conduct
- ✓Leadership skills to guide Brand Team and direct reports
- ✓Strategic planning and budget management capabilities
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to challenge and critique Brand Team strategies to ensure patient-centricity
