About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Manufacturing Lead to drive the Digital Manufacturing Roadmap execution at the ME&C site. This role will lead advanced data analytics, AI, machine learning, and digital automation efforts, managing a team of data scientists and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development of Digital Manufacturing Roadmap for the site
- →Lead execution of governance for the Digital Manufacturing transformation
- →Define use-case features by engaging users, management, experts, and IT/technical teams
- →Coordinate solution selection and vendor engagement
- →Lead team of direct and indirect reports in achieving time-bound impactful goals
- →Set up Agile team and establish sprint cadence for solution development
- →Apply expertise in Data Analytics, Coding, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Physical AI
- →Monitor, analyze, and report on the progress and impact of digitalization initiatives
- →Develop project proposals, estimates, and timelines
- →Partner with local and global BTS teams to ensure maintenance and repair of current reports and systems
- →Continuously improve technology solution development and implementation
- →Support and enhance a governance framework that balances agility and accountability
- →Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Automation
- ✓Experience in leading Agile teams and digital transformation initiatives
- ✓Strong understanding of governance frameworks and digital change management
- ✓Ability to collaborate with various teams including IT, Operations, and Procurement
- ✓Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Physical AI
- ✓Project management skills with a focus on delivering impactful solutions
- ✓Strong communication and leadership skills
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships
