About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Family Advocate to join Abby Care, a mission-driven company focused on supporting family caregivers. This role involves engaging prospective families, making outbound calls, and guiding them through the qualification process with empathy and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive family growth by making 50–80 outbound calls daily to prospective families
- →Manage and optimize the pipeline to exceed growth targets
- →Advocate for families by supporting them as they navigate complex healthcare systems
Requirements
- ✓Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce is required
- ✓3+ years of experience in customer support or similar customer-facing roles
- ✓Proven ability to communicate with empathy and clarity in emotionally sensitive situations
- ✓Comfortable managing high volumes of communication in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- ✓Experience supporting families through program onboarding or healthcare processes is a plus
